Smoothies: My First Green Smoothie

The perfect smoothies: my first green smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Banana
  • 1 piece Tangerine
  • 1 half Pear
  • 1 handful Fresh spinach
  1. Remove the peel from the banana, break into large pieces and put in the blender.
  2. Peel the tangerine, cut it in half and put it in the blender.
  3. Cut the pear in half, only remove the stem, the pips and peel remain on, put in the blender with the others.
  4. Add the spinach (it’s already washed) and mix it – delicious!
