Smoothies: My First Green Smoothie
The perfect smoothies: my first green smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Banana
- 1 piece Tangerine
- 1 half Pear
- 1 handful Fresh spinach
- Remove the peel from the banana, break into large pieces and put in the blender.
- Peel the tangerine, cut it in half and put it in the blender.
- Cut the pear in half, only remove the stem, the pips and peel remain on, put in the blender with the others.
- Add the spinach (it’s already washed) and mix it – delicious!
