Pizza Farmer’s Bread (with Salami, Pepperoni and Black Olives)

- 1 Baking mix farmer’s bread
- 1 Teaspoon. Baking powder
- 350 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 Eßl. Olive oil
- 50 g Salami
- 4 Pickled pepperoni
- 10 Black olives
- 2 Clay pots
- Some oil or baking spray
- 50 g Pumpkin seeds
- 1 branch Rosemary fresh
- Mix the baking mixture with the baking powder, oil and water and knead well. Cover with a towel and let rise for at least 1/2 hour. In between, cut the salami, pepperoni and olives into small pieces and grease the clay pots.
- Knead the ingredients into the risen Tewig (salami, pepperoni, olives and pumpkin seeds – save some of them to sprinkle on) and place in the clay pots. Let rise for another 1/2 hour, then brush with oil and sprinkle with the rosemary and pumpkin seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven) at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
