Pizza Salami with Vegetables and Olives

The perfect pizza salami with vegetables and olives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 20 g Yeast fresh
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 125 ml Lukewarm water
  • 356 g Pizza tomatoes with herbs
  • 2 size Tomatoes
  • 2 small Red peppers
  • 200 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 medium sized Onion red
  • 50 g Sliced ​​salami
  • 250 g Mozzarella minis
  • 25 g Black pitted olives
  • Chilli from the mill
  1. Put the flour in a large bowl. Crumble the yeast and add it. Knead well with 125 ml of lukewarm water and salt. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper roll out and prick with a fork.
  2. Spread the pizza tomatoes with herbs on the base. Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices. Halve, core and quarter the peppers and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.
  3. Spread the salami and vegetables on the tomato sauce, cover with mozzarella minis and olives (I only covered half the tray with olives) and sprinkle with chilli from the mill. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, then remove and serve.
