Banana Pancakes
The perfect banana pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 170 g Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 270 ml Milk
- Salt
- 2 Big bananas
- Rapeseed oil to fry
- Icing sugar for dusting
- First we separate the eggs
- Whisk the egg yolks with the flour and milk …… leave to rest for 30 minutes
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and mix with the dough ….. that makes the dough fluffy
- heat some oil in a pan
- In the meantime, remove the clothes from the bananas and cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices
- Place a ladle of dough in the pan, cover with banana slices and bake until golden yellow over low heat
- Turn the pancake and fry the second side until golden
- Remove from the pan and degrease on a layer of kitchen paper
- Proceed in the same way with the rest of the dough …. results in a total of 4 pancakes
- Arrange on plates and serve dusted with powdered sugar
