Banana Pancakes

The perfect banana pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 170 g Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 270 ml Milk
  • Salt
  • 2 Big bananas
  • Rapeseed oil to fry
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  1. First we separate the eggs
  2. Whisk the egg yolks with the flour and milk …… leave to rest for 30 minutes
  3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and mix with the dough ….. that makes the dough fluffy
  4. heat some oil in a pan
  5. In the meantime, remove the clothes from the bananas and cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices
  6. Place a ladle of dough in the pan, cover with banana slices and bake until golden yellow over low heat
  7. Turn the pancake and fry the second side until golden
  8. Remove from the pan and degrease on a layer of kitchen paper
  9. Proceed in the same way with the rest of the dough …. results in a total of 4 pancakes
  10. Arrange on plates and serve dusted with powdered sugar
