Dessert: Banana Pancakes
The perfect dessert: banana pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 160 g Spelled flour, type 630
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 shot Sparkling water
- 3 Pc. Bananas
- Cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
- Sunflower oil
- Mix the flour, salt, milk, egg and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Let it soak for 15-20 minutes. Finally stir in a dash of mineral water.
- Peel the bananas and cut into thin slices. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan (approx. 18-20 cm in diameter) and add a ladle of dough to each one and distribute it by swirling. Spread a couple of banana slices on top while the batter is still runny. After about 2 minutes, turn the pancake and bake on the second side for about 2 minutes.
- Dust the finished pancakes with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar as desired. I also like a pancake syrup with it.
- If you want, you can also use half bananas and the other half pitted cherries.
