Banana Split Pancakes

The perfect banana split pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 Fresh bananas
  • Vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
  • Margarine
  1. 1 Whisk eggs with milk, then slowly stir in the flour, then stir in the sugar and a pinch of salt.
  2. Put the margarine in the pan and fry the pancakes. Fold the pancakes, slice the banana next to them and a scoop of ice cream. Then pour chocolate sauce over them.
