Banana and Almond Pancakes
The perfect banana and almond pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Eggs size M
- 1 Fresh banana, preferably very ripe
- 1 Msp Baking powder
- 1 Pr Ground cinnamon
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- Rapeseed oil
- Puree the eggs, banana, baking powder and cinnamon with the hand blender. Let it go for 5 minutes!
- Heat the oil in a pan and always add 2 tablespoons of batter to the pan and bake!
- Put the pancakes on a plate and distribute 1 tablespoon of agave syrup on the pancakes (a ‘approx. 1 cent piece each!
- Serve! 🙂
