Banana and Almond Pancakes

The perfect banana and almond pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Eggs size M
  • 1 Fresh banana, preferably very ripe
  • 1 Msp Baking powder
  • 1 Pr Ground cinnamon
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup
  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Puree the eggs, banana, baking powder and cinnamon with the hand blender. Let it go for 5 minutes!
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and always add 2 tablespoons of batter to the pan and bake!
  3. Put the pancakes on a plate and distribute 1 tablespoon of agave syrup on the pancakes (a ‘approx. 1 cent piece each!
  4. Serve! 🙂
