Tarte Flambée Picanha Style
The perfect tarte flambée picanha style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 220 gr Wheat flour
- 120 gr Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
…….. and what on top
- 200 gr Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 6 Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Lettuce heart
- 400 gr Boiled beef
- Dough: knead all ingredients into a dough and let rest for at least 30 minutes. Roll out thinly and bake crispy on the preheated cast plate of the gas grill for 15 minutes (stove 250 degrees for a good 20 minutes). Place the meat on the hot charcoal grill and grill until it is hot. Cut down the roasted areas very thinly. Repeat until the meat is cut open. Keep meat that has already been grilled warm. (You can also do this in a pan on the stove). Cut the lettuce hearts and tomatoes, mix the sour cream with salt and chives …… and off you go. Spread the tarte flambée with the chives and sour cream mixture, spread the lettuce hearts and tomatoes on top and place the meat on top. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Good……..
