Bird Salad with Potatoes

The perfect bird salad with potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Bird salad
  • 2 Potatoes big, cooked
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 1 Onion small
  • Parsely
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Styrian pumpkin seed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Dice the bacon and leave it in a hot pan. Peel and finely dice the onion and add to the bacon in the pan and brown.
  1. Wash and sort the lettuce. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  1. Add the onion and bacon to the salad and lightly fry the potatoes in the pan.
  1. Add the fried potatoes to the salad, add parsley and then dress with apple cider vinegar and pumpkin seed oil and season with salt and pepper.
