Bird Salad with Potatoes

- 150 g Bird salad
- 2 Potatoes big, cooked
- 50 g Bacon
- 1 Onion small
- Parsely
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Styrian pumpkin seed oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dice the bacon and leave it in a hot pan. Peel and finely dice the onion and add to the bacon in the pan and brown.
- Wash and sort the lettuce. Cut the potatoes into slices.
- Add the onion and bacon to the salad and lightly fry the potatoes in the pan.
- Add the fried potatoes to the salad, add parsley and then dress with apple cider vinegar and pumpkin seed oil and season with salt and pepper.
