Turkey Fillet
The perfect turkey fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Turkey breast fillet
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Paprika pulp
- 2 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 250 ml Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Colored pepper from the mortar
- Peel and chop shallots and garlic.
- The turkey was already cut like this. Fry in hot oil, then set aside.
- Now add shallots, garlic, tomato paste and paprika pulp to the pan and stir-fry.
- Deglaze with the broth and stir in the mustard, you can also add the pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Put the turkey pieces back in the pan and let them steep.
