Kale Strudel

The perfect kale strudel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Onions
  • 25 g Clarified butter
  • 500 g Kale fresh
  • 4 Pee
  • 1 packet Puff pastry
  1. Dice the onions, sauté in the clarified butter. Add kale, 200ml stock and pee, about 45min. steam.
  2. Take the pee out of the cabbage and cut into small pieces. Season the cabbage vigorously. Fold in the pee again.
  3. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and top with cabbage. Close and at 200 degrees in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. to bake.
  4. With mashed potatoes
