Kale Strudel
The perfect kale strudel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Onions
- 25 g Clarified butter
- 500 g Kale fresh
- 4 Pee
- 1 packet Puff pastry
- Dice the onions, sauté in the clarified butter. Add kale, 200ml stock and pee, about 45min. steam.
- Take the pee out of the cabbage and cut into small pieces. Season the cabbage vigorously. Fold in the pee again.
- Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and top with cabbage. Close and at 200 degrees in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. to bake.
- With mashed potatoes
