Turkey Fillet

The perfect turkey fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Paprika pulp
  • 2 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 250 ml Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Colored pepper from the mortar
  1. Peel and chop shallots and garlic.
  2. The turkey was already cut like this. Fry in hot oil, then set aside.
  3. Now add shallots, garlic, tomato paste and paprika pulp to the pan and stir-fry.
  4. Deglaze with the broth and stir in the mustard, you can also add the pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
