Tipsy Pancakes ..
The perfect tipsy pancakes .. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Egg
- 75 Milliliters Milk
- 75 Milliliters Natural carbonated mineral water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 75 g Flour
- 2 Centiliters Amaretto
- 2 tablespoon Chopped almonds
- 50 g Raw nougat mass
- 5 g Coconut oil
- Butter
- Mix the egg with milk, mineral water and salt. Add the flour and stir in. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Toast the almonds in a pan without fat. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
- Melt the nougat with coconut oil over a hot water bath. Take off the stove and let cool down a bit.
- Stir the amaretto into the batter. Heat the butter in the pan and fry the pancakes until golden on both sides. Let slide onto a plate.
- Brush the pancakes with the nougat mixture and sprinkle with the almonds. Roll together and arrange on dessert plates as the mood takes you.
