Tipsy Pancakes ..

The perfect tipsy pancakes .. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Egg
  • 75 Milliliters Milk
  • 75 Milliliters Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 75 g Flour
  • 2 Centiliters Amaretto
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped almonds
  • 50 g Raw nougat mass
  • 5 g Coconut oil
  • Butter
  1. Mix the egg with milk, mineral water and salt. Add the flour and stir in. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Toast the almonds in a pan without fat. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
  3. Melt the nougat with coconut oil over a hot water bath. Take off the stove and let cool down a bit.
  4. Stir the amaretto into the batter. Heat the butter in the pan and fry the pancakes until golden on both sides. Let slide onto a plate.
  5. Brush the pancakes with the nougat mixture and sprinkle with the almonds. Roll together and arrange on dessert plates as the mood takes you.
