Prawns with Peppers

- 250 g Shrimp King Prawns
- 1 Red peppers
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 ml Riesling semi-dry
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon zest
- Hot paprika powder
- Steak pepper
- Salt
- Peel the garlic and shallots and cut into small pieces.
- Dice the pitted pepper.
- Fry in olive oil over medium heat. As soon as roasted aromas begin to form, deglaze with the white wine.
- Season the thawed prawns with lemon zest.
- When the wine is over cooked, put the prawns in the pan. Stir gently for about 5 minutes.
- Season with pepper, paprika powder and salt.
- Add some flatbread or baguette, done!
