Prawns with Peppers

The perfect prawns with peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Shrimp King Prawns
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Riesling semi-dry
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Steak pepper
  • Salt
  1. Peel the garlic and shallots and cut into small pieces.
  2. Dice the pitted pepper.
  3. Fry in olive oil over medium heat. As soon as roasted aromas begin to form, deglaze with the white wine.
  4. Season the thawed prawns with lemon zest.
  5. When the wine is over cooked, put the prawns in the pan. Stir gently for about 5 minutes.
  6. Season with pepper, paprika powder and salt.
  7. Add some flatbread or baguette, done!
