Vegan: Savoy Cabbage – Vegetable Stew with Pearl Barley

  • 2 piece Potatoes
  • 1 piece Kohlrabi
  • 4 piece Carrots
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 1 piece Sellrie
  • 1 sake Savoy cabbage
  • 1 medium sized Parsley root
  • 2 tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 3 handful Pearl barley
  • 3 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • 2,5 liter Water


  • Peel the vegetables (if necessary) wash and cut them, put everything in a large saucepan, spread the vegetable stock over it, put the cut savoy cabbage on top, add the water, ...
  • 2 .... the caraway and finally the pearl barley, then bring everything to a boil and cook for a good 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and let it sit.
