Ingredients
- 2 piece Potatoes
- 1 piece Kohlrabi
- 4 piece Carrots
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 piece Sellrie
- 1 sake Savoy cabbage
- 1 medium sized Parsley root
- 2 tbsp Caraway seeds
- 3 handful Pearl barley
- 3 tbsp My vegetable broth *
- 2,5 liter Water
Instructions
- Peel the vegetables (if necessary) wash and cut them, put everything in a large saucepan, spread the vegetable stock over it, put the cut savoy cabbage on top, add the water, ...
- 2 .... the caraway and finally the pearl barley, then bring everything to a boil and cook for a good 10 to 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it sit.
