Prawns with Peppers

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Shrimp King Prawns
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Riesling semi-dry
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Steak pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel the garlic and shallots and cut into small pieces.
  • Dice the pitted pepper.
  • Fry in olive oil over medium heat. As soon as roasted aromas begin to form, deglaze with the white wine.
  • Season the thawed prawns with lemon zest.
  • When the wine is over cooked, put the prawns in the pan. Stir gently for about 5 minutes.
  • Season with pepper, paprika powder and salt.
  • Add some flatbread or baguette, done!
