Low Calorie Pizza!
The perfect low calorie pizza! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Egg white, a little salt
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 3 Eggs
- 50 g Soft butter
- 125 g Lowfat quark
- 150 g Spelled flour —– normal flour is also possible
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 5 medium sized Tomatoes, cut into half slices
- 125 g Cube ham
- 1 Pc. .Morzarella
- Spices: thyme, basil, rosemary, oregano,
- Papir powder, curry
- You can take as much spices as you like.
- You can also use fresh herbs.

- Mix the egg whites, baking powder and salt until foamy. Add the 3 eggs, butter and quark and stir until foamy. Then gradually add the flour and stir everything into a smooth dough. Take a pizza pan or a 28 “springform pan, grease it well and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the pan, sprinkle with the diced onions. Put in the oven. (Electric = 200 degrees + convection = 180 degrees) Approx. 10-15 Min bake.
- Place the diced ham on the pre-baked dough. Put half the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with the spices. Now comes the Morzarella cut into 1/4 slices, spread on top. Again in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. The Morzarella must have melted.
