Low Carb Minced Meat Pizza

- 1,5 kg Mixed minced meat
- 3 piece Onions
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 75 g Sour cream
- 50 ml Water
- 3 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 tsp Mustard
- Paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 375 g Sieved tomatos
- Clean the garlic cloves, onions and the peppers and finely dice them. Clean the spring onions, cut half into thin rings.
- Knead the minced meat, eggs, mustard, tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fold in half of the chopped vegetables and then place the minced meat in a greased casserole dish, press firmly and prebake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
- Now sauté the rest of the vegetables in hot oil for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the sour cream, tomato puree and water to a tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper.
