Low Carb Minced Meat Pizza

  • 1,5 kg Mixed minced meat
  • 3 piece Onions
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 75 g Sour cream
  • 50 ml Water
  • 3 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 375 g Sieved tomatos
  1. Clean the garlic cloves, onions and the peppers and finely dice them. Clean the spring onions, cut half into thin rings.
  2. Knead the minced meat, eggs, mustard, tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fold in half of the chopped vegetables and then place the minced meat in a greased casserole dish, press firmly and prebake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
  3. Now sauté the rest of the vegetables in hot oil for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the sour cream, tomato puree and water to a tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper.
