Magic Cream – Wine Pudding Cream with Yogurt and Red Wine
The perfect magic cream – wine pudding cream with yogurt and red wine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Process opened leftovers from the New Year’s Eve party:
- 150 g Yogurt 3.5%
- 80 g Quark lean
- 0,1 l Condensed milk
- 0,2 l Low-Fat milk, boiled
- 0,2 l Red wine or mulled wine, boiled
Opened leftovers from the sachet department:
- 1 tbsp Red cake topping, [nutrient powder]
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar [nutritional powder]
- 2 tbsp Cooking pudding powder with vanilla flavor] Nutrient powder]
- 0,5 tsp Stevia Rebaudiana sugar substitute 1:10
To sprinkle:
- 1 tbsp Chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Flaked almonds
- 1 tbsp Citronat (Succade)
- 1 tbsp Baked fruit, chopped
Wine pudding cream mass:
- Boil the liquids together, stir well and pour them over the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir well again. Finally sprinkle the mixture with chocolate chips and flaked almonds.
Servings:
- The mass can also be filled into drinking glasses or serving bowls. The whole thing also tastes great with an additional fruit salad.
