Ingredients
 

Process opened leftovers from the New Year's Eve party:

  • 150 g Yogurt 3.5%
  • 80 g Quark lean
  • 0,1 l Condensed milk
  • 0,2 l Low-Fat milk, boiled
  • 0,2 l Red wine or mulled wine, boiled

Opened leftovers from the sachet department:

  • 1 tbsp Red cake glaze
  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar [nutritional powder]
  • 2 tbsp Cooking pudding powder with vanilla flavor] Nutrient powder]
  • 0,5 tsp Stevia Rebaudiana sugar substitute 1:10

To sprinkle:

  • 1 tbsp Chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp Citronat (Succade)
  • 1 tbsp Baked fruit, chopped

Instructions
 

Wine pudding cream mass:

  • Boil the liquids together, stir well and pour them over the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir well again. Finally sprinkle the mixture with chocolate chips and flaked almonds.

Servings:

  • The mass can also be filled into drinking glasses or serving bowls. The whole thing also tastes great with an additional fruit salad.
