Blackberry – Red Wine Pudding

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Blackberry puree - approx. 450 grams of fresh fruit
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • Sugar - according to the taste and sweetness of the fruit
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • Mint for decoration
  • Custard

Instructions
 

  • Put the blackberry puree with 150 ml of wine in a saucepan and mix. Mix the rest of the wine with the sugar and custard powder. Bring the blackberry puree to the boil and add the mixed pudding powder, bring to the boil briefly and then pour into rinsed molds with cold water. Place in the refrigerator to cool down.
  • To serve, first put some vanilla sauce on the plate, then topple the pudding and garnish with mint ..... enjoy it :))))))
