Leberkäs Black Beer Pan
The perfect leberkäs black beer pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 small slices Meatloaf
- 1 Onion
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 250 ml Black beer
- 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- 1 Can Corn – 425 ml
- 3 Spring onions fresh
- Peel the onion into small cubes, also cut the meat loaf into cubes and fry both in a pan with hot oil.
- Now dust the whole thing with the flour and roast it a little, deglaze with the vegetable stock and the beer and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In the meantime, drain the corn and cut the spring onions into small rings.
- Season the sausage pan with salt, pepper, tomato ketchup and a little sugar, add the corn and spring onions at the end.
- We ate mashed potatoes and some white cabbage salad with it.
