Steaks in Black Beer Mustard Marinade

The perfect steaks in black beer mustard marinade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Steaks
  • 2 tbsp Grained mustard
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Ground lemon peel
  • 0,5 bottle Black beer
  1. Mix together the mustard, lemon zest, oil and 3 tbsp black beer. Spread it on both sides of the steaks, layer in a can with a lid, pour black beer over it. Let it steep for 24 hours, then grill.
