  • 1 kilo Potato – waxy
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 1 piece Onion – finely chopped –
  • 1 tablespoon Chives – fine rolls cut –
  • 1 teaspoon Meat stock powder
  • 1 Pinches Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 Cup Vinegar Salad Magic –
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Salad oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Wash the potatoes, boil them in salted water, test after about 20-25 minutes whether they are done, if so, then drain. Let cool slightly. Then peel and cut into slices while still slightly warm.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, be careful with salting, you should pay attention to the ham and the broth, there is also salt inside.
  3. In the meantime, leave out the ham cubes in a small pan, deglaze with a little water, sauté the onion cubes briefly, then add the remaining water with the dissolved meat stock powder. Season with a dash of vinegar and add a pinch of sugar. Bring to the boil briefly, switch off, let stand briefly, pour over the potatoes while they are still hot. Add a little salad oil, then the chives rolls over it, mix carefully. Put in a warm place in the kitchen.
