Lukewarm Lentil Salad with Potato Coating and Rapunzel

  • 2 Large potatoes
  • 1 Cup Lenses
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Salt, pepper, chilli, vinegar, sugar
  • Rapeseed oil, walnut oil
  • 200 g Rapunzel = lamb’s lettuce
