Salads: Lukewarm Potato Salad

- 1 kilo Potato – waxy
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 1 piece Onion – finely chopped –
- 1 tablespoon Chives – fine rolls cut –
- 1 teaspoon Meat stock powder
- 1 Pinches Salt and pepper
- 0,5 Cup Vinegar Salad Magic –
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Salad oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Wash the potatoes, boil them in salted water, test after about 20-25 minutes whether they are done, if so, then drain. Let cool slightly. Then peel and cut into slices while still slightly warm.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, be careful with salting, you should pay attention to the ham and the broth, there is also salt inside.
- In the meantime, leave out the ham cubes in a small pan, deglaze with a little water, sauté the onion cubes briefly, then add the remaining water with the dissolved meat stock powder. Season with a dash of vinegar and add a pinch of sugar. Bring to the boil briefly, switch off, let stand briefly, pour over the potatoes while they are still hot. Add a little salad oil, then the chives rolls over it, mix carefully. Put in a warm place in the kitchen.
