  • 12 Discs Baguette
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp Orange jam
  • 0,5 Tl Dijon mustard
  • 40 g Soft butter
  • 1 Orange
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  1. Wash the dill, pat it dry and finely chop up to 12 strips of dill. Mix the orange jam with the mustard, dill and butter well.
  1. Peel the orange with a sharp knife and remove the fillets. Brush the baguette slices with the orange butter. Spread the salmon on top, put an orange fillet on top and garnish with dill.
