Ingredients
- 200 gr Mustard flour yellow
- 50 g Yellow mustard seeds
- 50 g Mustard seeds brown
- 100 ml White vinegar
- 50 ml Water
- 50 ml White wine dry
- 2 tsp Horseradish fresh
- 2 tsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Honey liquid
- 100 g Cane sugar
Instructions
- Mix mustard flour, mustard seeds and sugar in a bowl
- Bring the vinegar, water and honey to the boil and allow to cool. Pour on the white wine.
- Pour the cooled honey and vinegar mixture over the mustard mixture while stirring. Let it swell, if necessary dilute with a little water.
- Mix in the horseradish and pour into glasses, store in the refrigerator
- Note 5: Experiment 1 is sweet but also as hellishly hot .... so if you like to spit fire .... Oh yes and Sunny - it's your fault * gg *
