Sweet Mustard with Horseradish

The perfect sweet mustard with horseradish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 gr Mustard flour yellow
  • 50 g Yellow mustard seeds
  • 50 g Mustard seeds brown
  • 100 ml White vinegar
  • 50 ml Water
  • 50 ml White wine dry
  • 2 tsp Horseradish fresh
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 100 g Cane sugar
  1. Mix mustard flour, mustard seeds and sugar in a bowl
  2. Bring the vinegar, water and honey to the boil and allow to cool. Pour on the white wine.
  3. Pour the cooled honey and vinegar mixture over the mustard mixture while stirring. Let it swell, if necessary dilute with a little water.
  4. Mix in the horseradish and pour into glasses, store in the refrigerator
  5. Note 5: Experiment 1 is sweet but also as hellishly hot …. so if you like to spit fire …. Oh yes and Sunny – it’s your fault * gg *
