- We love to eat these macaroons and they are quick and easy to make. First grind the almonds and chocolate in portions in the blitz chopper. Beat the egg white very firmly and finally let the sugar trickle in.
- Carefully fold the chocolate and almond mixture into the egg whites. Use 2 teaspoons to mark small mocks and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 140 ° C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Let the macaroons cool on the baking paper and then store in an airtight cookie jar. You can put the macaroons on wafers, but since we don’t like things that much, I prefer to leave the macaroons on the sheet until you can move them without tearing them off the paper.
- Tip 4: This time I replaced a third of the chocolate with chili chocolate. Gives a little extra taste kick.
