  • 1 piece Iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g Arugula
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 16 piece King prawns
  • 5 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece Baguette

  1. Wash and chop the lettuce and tomatoes and add the corn. Mix the vinegar and oil and mix with a squeezed clove of garlic, a little pepper and salt and fresh basil and pour over the salad. Wash the prawns and dry them well. Then fry in a pan with a little olive oil and over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes on both sides until golden.
