- 1 piece Iceberg lettuce
- 250 g Arugula
- 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 bunch Basil
- 16 piece King prawns
- 5 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Baguette

- Wash and chop the lettuce and tomatoes and add the corn. Mix the vinegar and oil and mix with a squeezed clove of garlic, a little pepper and salt and fresh basil and pour over the salad. Wash the prawns and dry them well. Then fry in a pan with a little olive oil and over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes on both sides until golden. In the last few minutes, add 3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped into small pieces. Finally season the prawns with pepper and salt and serve with the salad and baguette.
