  • 3 Onions
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 0,25 tsp White milled pepper
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 4 tbsp Cream 30% fat
  • 0,5 tsp Meat extract
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Banana fresh
  • Salt
  • 0,25 liter Water

Preparation:

  1. I briefly rinsed the schnitzel with cold water and patted dry with kitchen paper. Then cut into 1/2 cm thick slices (always across the grain, otherwise it will be tough).
  2. Mix 1 tbsp flour with 1/4 teaspoon pepper, flour the meat in it.
  3. Peel and halve the onions and cut into half rings.
  4. Quarter and core the tomatoes. Cut into narrow strips.

Preparation:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan and stir-fry the meat quickly and vigorously. Remove and add another tablespoon of oil to the pan. Now fry the onion rings until they are golden yellow. Add the flour.
  2. Now add the curry, meat extract, cream, lemon juice and 1/4 L water. Boil the whole thing down to a well-thickened sauce. To taste.
  3. Finally, peel the banana and cut it into slices. Now put the meat, the tomato wedges and the bananas back into the sauce and heat. Season again to taste.
