Lamb’s Lettuce with Honey – Chamignons
The perfect lamb’s lettuce with honey – chamignons recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 200 ml Orange juice
- 1 P Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 Organic orange
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Oil
- Salt pepper
- 150 g Parmesan in one piece
- 70 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 50 g Pine nuts
- Clean the mushrooms, fry them in quarters in a pan in a little oil with salt and pepper, pour about 2 tablespoons of honey over them and let them caramelize.
- Toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil.
- Peel the orange carefully and cut into wedges.
- Reduce the orange juice to about 1/3.
- Wash the lettuce and spin dry.
- Make a dressing from chopped onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Mix the lettuce with the dressing, place on a plate. Place the mushrooms in the center and pour the concentrated orange juice over them.
- Sprinkle with orange wedges, pine nuts and grated Parmesan.
