Lamb’s Lettuce with Honey – Chamignons

The perfect lamb’s lettuce with honey – chamignons recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 200 ml Orange juice
  • 1 P Lamb’S lettuce
  • 1 Organic orange
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 150 g Parmesan in one piece
  • 70 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 50 g Pine nuts
  1. Clean the mushrooms, fry them in quarters in a pan in a little oil with salt and pepper, pour about 2 tablespoons of honey over them and let them caramelize.
  2. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil.
  3. Peel the orange carefully and cut into wedges.
  4. Reduce the orange juice to about 1/3.
  5. Wash the lettuce and spin dry.
  6. Make a dressing from chopped onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  7. Mix the lettuce with the dressing, place on a plate. Place the mushrooms in the center and pour the concentrated orange juice over them.
  8. Sprinkle with orange wedges, pine nuts and grated Parmesan.
