Ingredients

For the dressing

  • 1 small bag Lamb's lettuce fresh
  • 1 Cucumber fresh
  • 4 Fresh tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil for frying
  • Raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • A couple of raspberry fish
  • Some flour
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • 2 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

Step 1 - Dressing:

  • Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.

Step 2 :

  • Cut the ends of the cucumber and cut in half. Remove the inside of the cucumber, halve the cucumber halves and cut into small pieces. Now you 8elt one tomato at a time, also remove the inside and put it with the cucumber in a large salad bowl.

Step 3 :

  • Add the lamb's lettuce to the cucumber and tomatoes and pour some dressing over the lettuce.

Step 4:

  • Salt and pepper the fish. Then turn in flour and knock off the excess flour from the fish.

Step 5:

  • Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the fish first on the skin side, then turn once and finish cooking. The pikeperch is perfect if it is still a little glassy in the middle!

Step 6:

  • Decorate the plate with the raspberry balsamic vinegar. Arrange the salad and add a few fresh raspberries to the salad. Add the fish and you're done. Enjoy your meal ! 🙂 P.S. : It goes without saying that all ingredients are clean / washed 🙂 If necessary, garnish the fish with a slice of fresh lemon. Good succeed
