Andrés Style Shashlik

- 1 Vegetable onions
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 1 Finely chopped chilli pepper
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 large can Tomato (s), peeled, with juice
- 1 Tl Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 600 g Steak, beef and pork !!
- 200 g Onion
- 80 g Streaky bacon
- 1 Green peppers
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- Worcester sauce
- 500 ml Tomato ketchup
- Chop the vegetable onion, garlic cloves and chilli pepper and sauté in olive oil. Add peeled tomatoes with juice, tomato ketchup, salt, sugar, curry, paprika and oregano and cook for 60 minutes over low heat. In the meantime, dice the steaks. Peel the onions and halve or quarter them if necessary. Cut the bacon into pieces. Core the peppers and cut into pieces. Place the meat cubes, onions, bacon and paprika alternately on kebab skewers. Fry in portions on all sides with oil. Salt a little. Season tomato sauce with cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce and place in a large saucepan. Place the skewers in the sauce. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C / convection 175 ° C / gas mark 3 for about an hour. French fries or rice go well with it.
