Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Shish kebab sauce .... from stock, approx. 500 ml
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 small, Red Paprika
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
  • Chilli powder

Instructions
 

  • Let the sauce thaw at a low temperature
  • Mix the minced meat with the egg and the spices.
  • Wash, clean and dice the paprika and spring onions, peel the garlic and finely chop it ... add everything to the minced meat, knead in and season to taste
  • When the sauce has thawed, let it simmer gently, then form small dumplings from the minced meat and place in the sauce and let it steep for about 10 minutes
  • Season the sauce again to taste and serve ... rice goes very well with it
