Ingredients
- 1 can Shish kebab sauce .... from stock, approx. 500 ml
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Egg
- 1 small, Red Paprika
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
- Chilli powder
Instructions
- Let the sauce thaw at a low temperature
- Mix the minced meat with the egg and the spices.
- Wash, clean and dice the paprika and spring onions, peel the garlic and finely chop it ... add everything to the minced meat, knead in and season to taste
- When the sauce has thawed, let it simmer gently, then form small dumplings from the minced meat and place in the sauce and let it steep for about 10 minutes
- Season the sauce again to taste and serve ... rice goes very well with it
