Roasted Pork Knuckle

The perfect roasted pork knuckle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pork
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 10 Juniper berries
  1. Cook the pork knuckle in plenty of salted water with bay leaves and juniper berries for about 2 hours
  1. Take it out of the water and cut into the rind
  1. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika
  1. Now place the knuckle on a grid and roast in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour
