Roasted Pork Knuckle
The perfect roasted pork knuckle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pork
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 2 Bay leaves
- 10 Juniper berries
- Cook the pork knuckle in plenty of salted water with bay leaves and juniper berries for about 2 hours
- Take it out of the water and cut into the rind
- Salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika
- Now place the knuckle on a grid and roast in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour
- Then fry for 10 minutes at the grill function and finish at 230 degrees, then the rind will be really crusty
- served with potato salad
