Apple-lemon Muffins

The perfect apple-lemon muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Egg
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 150 g Sifted flour
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  • 1 Lemon juice from it
  • 1 Apple
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the creamy butter. Now add the oil, lemon and honey. Core the apple and cut into pieces. Now put half of the dough in muffin molds, spread the apple pieces and cover with dough. Now bake for about 40 minutes at 160 degrees until golden brown,
