Cheese and Fennel Salad

The perfect cheese and fennel salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Fennel fresh
  • 1 disc Gouda medium aged approx. 1 cm
  • 1 Can Mandarin oranges
  • 3 tbsp Good oil
  • 3 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • Salt, pepper from the mill, a little sugar
  1. Wash the fennel, cut in half, cut out the stalk and cut into fine slices. Drain the mandarins. Cut the cheese into not too large cubes.
  1. Make a salad dressing from vinegar, oil and the spices. Pour everything on top, mix and let it steep.
  1. That’s it! Gladly a piece of dark bread or a baguette! This salad is a welcome guest at every party.
