Cheese and Fennel Salad
The perfect cheese and fennel salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Fennel fresh
- 1 disc Gouda medium aged approx. 1 cm
- 1 Can Mandarin oranges
- 3 tbsp Good oil
- 3 tbsp Herb vinegar
- Salt, pepper from the mill, a little sugar
- Wash the fennel, cut in half, cut out the stalk and cut into fine slices. Drain the mandarins. Cut the cheese into not too large cubes.
- Make a salad dressing from vinegar, oil and the spices. Pour everything on top, mix and let it steep.
- That’s it! Gladly a piece of dark bread or a baguette! This salad is a welcome guest at every party.
