Fennel and Grape Salad with Cheese
The perfect fennel and grape salad with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
salad
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 100 g Cheese (any)
- 100 g Blue seedless grapes
- 0,5 Shallot
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Kernels of lettuce
- ..
dressing
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 tablespoon Calamansi balm
- 0,5 Tangerine
- 2 teaspoon Fennel green
- 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1 teaspoon Agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
dressing
- Squeeze the tangerine. Mix with the olive oil and vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and let rest for 1 hour.

- Cut the fennel bulb in half and remove the stalk in a wedge shape. Slice.
- Fry in a pan with a little oil until crispy. Let cool down.
- Cut the grapes into slices. Dice the cheese and cut the shallot into rings. Alternate these ingredients with the fennel on a plate. Pepper a little in between.
- Add the lettuce seeds and the dressing. Baguette goes well with it.
