Fennel and Grape Salad with Cheese

The perfect fennel and grape salad with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

salad

  • 1 Fennel bulb
  • 100 g Cheese (any)
  • 100 g Blue seedless grapes
  • 0,5 Shallot
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Kernels of lettuce
  • ..

dressing

  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 tablespoon Calamansi balm
  • 0,5 Tangerine
  • 2 teaspoon Fennel green
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper

dressing

  1. Squeeze the tangerine. Mix with the olive oil and vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and let rest for 1 hour.

  1. Cut the fennel bulb in half and remove the stalk in a wedge shape. Slice.
  2. Fry in a pan with a little oil until crispy. Let cool down.
  3. Cut the grapes into slices. Dice the cheese and cut the shallot into rings. Alternate these ingredients with the fennel on a plate. Pepper a little in between.
  4. Add the lettuce seeds and the dressing. Baguette goes well with it.
  5. I took carrot cheese.
