Radi Plate
The perfect radi plate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
On a wooden board:
- 125 g Sliced water radish
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Topping decoration:
- 1 stem Parsely
- 1 tbsp Spring onion rolls
- 6 Splash Crema balsamic vinegar
Radi – water retich:
- Cut the cleaned and washed water radish into slices and lay out on a wooden plate, season with pepper and salt, leave to stand for 5 minutes, the radish soaks out a little with the salt and becomes juicy. Then decorate with the greens. Now dab some crema-balsamic vinegar on it.
Use:
- Goes well with snacks or dinner, other salads and with wheat beer or wine or apple cider. In addition, Obatzter, sausage salad, z. B. from my KB.
