Salad: My Tomato Plate

The perfect salad: my tomato plate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Tomatoes red fresh
  • 2 piece Cocktail tomato yellow
  • 3 piece Three kinds of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion red
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 Splash Salad herb vinegar
  • 1 Splash Balsamic cream
  • 1 Splash Cold pressed olive oil
  • 1 Branches Each: parsley, dill, chives and lovage, finely chopped
  1. The ripe tomatoes from our own cultivation, cut them into slices, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and spread them on a flat plate, season with a little salt and pepper, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs (parsley, dill, lovage, chives), a finely chopped onion, or cut into small rings, spread over the tomatoes. Then drizzle a few curds of salad vinegar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil over it.
