Ingredients
 

  • 3 Tomatoes red fresh
  • 2 Cocktail tomato yellow
  • 3 Three kinds of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 splash Salad herb vinegar
  • 1 splash Balsamic cream
  • 1 splash Cold pressed olive oil
  • 1 sprigs Each: parsley, dill, chives and lovage, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • The ripe tomatoes from our own cultivation, cut them into slices, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and spread them on a flat plate, season with a little salt and pepper, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs (parsley, dill, lovage, chives), a finely chopped onion, or cut into small rings, spread over the tomatoes. Then drizzle a few curds of salad vinegar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil over it.
