Strammer Max with Herb Butter

The perfect strammer max with herb butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 disc Rye bread
  • 2 Pc. Free range eggs
  • 60 g Meat sausage
  • 30 g Herb butter
  • 0,5 Sour cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Parsely
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Brush the rye bread slice with half of the herb butter. Cut the meat sausage into thin slices and spread on the bread. Melt the remaining herb butter in a pan, break the eggs, add to the pan and fry a fried egg. Place the eggs on the meat sausage, season with salt and pepper. Pluck the parsley and sprinkle over the eggs, arrange with the pickled cucumber and serve.
