Strammer Max with Herb Butter
The perfect strammer max with herb butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 disc Rye bread
- 2 Pc. Free range eggs
- 60 g Meat sausage
- 30 g Herb butter
- 0,5 Sour cucumber
- 1 tbsp Parsely
- Salt and pepper
- Brush the rye bread slice with half of the herb butter. Cut the meat sausage into thin slices and spread on the bread. Melt the remaining herb butter in a pan, break the eggs, add to the pan and fry a fried egg. Place the eggs on the meat sausage, season with salt and pepper. Pluck the parsley and sprinkle over the eggs, arrange with the pickled cucumber and serve.
