Ingredients

  • 8 Medium brown mushrooms
  • 10 Medium waxy potatoes
  • 2 Large onion
  • 1 glass Asparagus canned
  • 4 Large slices of bread / e.g. crust bread
  • 1 pinch Pinch of caraway, depending on the taste
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 100 g Butter
  • 8 slices Cooked ham

Instructions

Here we go

  • The potatoes should always be cooked the day before. Peel the potato and cut into approx. 1cm thick slices. Wash the mushrooms, cut off the stems and cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick. Chop the onions into small pieces. Heat the butter in a large pan. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add potatoes, sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Sear everything together vigorously, then turn the stove down to level 3. When the potatoes turn golden brown, push them to the side in the pan and add the mushrooms in the free space. Now put the bread in the toaster. Put some rapeseed oil in a second pan and lightly fry the ham. Fry fried eggs. (Probably everyone can) With a little sense of time, everything will be finished at the same time. Everyone gets there. !!! I toast bread in the toaster on the lowest setting.
