Strammer Max for Gourmets

  • 8 piece Medium-Sized brown mushrooms
  • 10 piece Medium-Sized waxy potatoes
  • 2 Pc. Large onion
  • 1 Glass Asparagus canned
  • 4 Large slices of bread / e.g. crust bread
  • 1 pinch Pinch of caraway, depending on the taste
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 100 g Butter
  • 8 Discs Cooked ham

Here we go

  1. The potatoes should always be cooked the day before. Peel the potato and cut into approx. 1cm thick slices. Wash the mushrooms, cut off the stems and cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick. Chop the onions into small pieces. Heat the butter in a large pan. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add potatoes, sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Now put the bread in the toaster. Put some rapeseed oil in a second pan and lightly fry the ham. Fry fried eggs.
