Colorful Bread Salad – with Celery, Tomatoes, Asparagus and Ham

The perfect colorful bread salad – with celery, tomatoes, asparagus and ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Breadsalad:

  • 2 size Slices of gray bread, toasted and diced
  • 30 g Fresh celery leaves, with stalk, cut into pieces
  • 30 g Zucchini, green, diced
  • 20 g Red peppers, diced
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 5 piece Asparagus tips green, cut up
  • 30 g Bacon, diced
  • 1 Splash Aceto Balsamico di Modena, Crema Originale
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt

Breadsalad:

  1. Briefly toast and dice the bread in the toaster, do the same with the vegetable garnish and fry everything together briefly in a pan until it is lightly browned. Arrange in a salad bowl while still warm. Finally add the spices.
