Potato-bread-horseradish Soup

The perfect potato-bread-horseradish soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Chopped yellow beets
  • 2 Discs Chopped bread
  • 2 piece Vegetable bouillon cubes
  • 2 tbsp Cream of horseradish
  • Salt, pepper, marjoram, … cream
  • 2 piece Diced potatoes
  • 1 piece Diced meat sausage
  1. The first 4 ingredients in the Sikomatik. Cook for 10 minutes and let the Sikomatik (works in a normal pot, just needs longer) cool down. In the meantime, fry the potato and meat sausage cubes. Add the cream horseradish and puree well. If it is still too thick, simply add more water, season to taste and you’re done! You can also freeze well!
