Mini Chocolate Bundt Cake

The perfect mini chocolate bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp, heaped Cocoa powder
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 125 g Soft butter or margarine
  • 50 g Chopped dark chocolate
  1. For the all-in batter, mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter. Work into a dough first on the low, then on the highest level with the hand mixer for approx. 2 minutes. Finally stir in the chopped dark chocolate.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (or 160 degrees convection) on the middle rack for about 50 minutes.
  3. After baking, let the cake cool in the tin for about 15 minutes. Fall out of the mold and let it cool down. Dust with powdered sugar or cover with a chocolate couverture as desired.
